These parties are obligated to keep your information confidential.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
9. WhatsApp Messaging
We run WhatsApp messaging for our own number and for businesses, such as restaurants and delivery companies, that connect their WhatsApp to Tissoura. A business connects either through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta, or by linking its WhatsApp Business app to Tissoura as a linked device. When you message one of these numbers:
- We receive your WhatsApp phone number or WhatsApp ID, your profile name, the messages and attachments you send, their timestamps, and delivery and read statuses.
- We use them only to show, route and answer your conversation, such as an order or a delivery, on behalf of the business you messaged. That business decides what the conversation is for.
- We only message you after you wrote first, inside the WhatsApp messaging window, or with the opt-in WhatsApp requires, for example for template messages from our own number.
- We do not sell them or use them for advertising. We share them only with Meta, which carries the messages under its own privacy policy, and with the business you messaged.
- We store access tokens encrypted. For a linked WhatsApp Business app, we store the session data on our servers with restricted access. We delete both when the business disconnects. We keep conversation data only as long as needed to provide the service, then delete it.
- A business can disconnect at any time with the Disconnect button in Tissoura, by logging Tissoura out under Linked devices in the WhatsApp Business app, or by removing Tissoura as a partner in WhatsApp Manager.
- You can stop at any time by blocking the number. To have your data deleted, see section 11.
10. Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messaging
Businesses can connect their Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to Tissoura through Facebook Login for Business or Instagram Login. Their customer messages then reach the Tissoura inbox and bot and are routed to that business. When a business connects, or when you message a connected Page or account:
- From the business, we receive the Page and Instagram account IDs and names, and an access token, which we store encrypted.
- From you, we receive the ID that Facebook or Instagram gives you for that Page or account (a page-scoped or Instagram-scoped ID), the messages and attachments you send, and their timestamps.
- We use this data only to show, route and answer the conversation on behalf of the business. The business decides what the conversation is for.
- We only message you after you wrote first, inside the messaging window Facebook and Instagram allow, or with the opt-in they require.
- We do not sell this data or use it for advertising. We share it only with Meta, which carries the messages, and with the business you messaged.
- We keep access tokens until the business disconnects, and conversation data only as long as needed to provide the service. Then we delete it.
- A business can disconnect at any time with the Disconnect button in Tissoura, in Facebook under Settings > Business integrations, or in Instagram under Settings > Apps and websites.
- On the Meta side, Meta's own policies apply: the Meta Privacy Policy and the Instagram Privacy Policy.
- To have your data deleted, see section 11.
11. Deleting Your Data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whether you messaged a business through Tissoura or you are a business that connected a channel. Email us at the address below and include:
- If you are a customer: the platform you used (Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp), the business, Page or account you messaged, and your Facebook name, Instagram username or WhatsApp number.
- If you are a business: your business name and the Pages, Instagram accounts or WhatsApp numbers you connected.
- We delete the data within 30 days and send you a confirmation by email.
- This does not delete data held by Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. Meta's own policies cover that.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
